High-performance PTC 3-layer Extrusion Units
Simultaneously extrudes a low-resistance transition layer and a semiconductor matrix inner insulation layer around the conductor in one process.

Teflon Extrusion Machinery
It can be used for insulation or sheathing extrusion of PTFE and TPEE materials. Through the combination of precise temperature control elements and high-precision molds, it can be used for the production of ultra-fine conductor specifications in heat tracing products.

70 Extruder
It can be used for insulation or sheathing extrusion of PTFE with a maximum temperature of up to 400°C. Through the combination of precise temperature control elements and high-precision molds, it can be used for the production of heat trace products with conductor specifications exceeding 20mm2.
